RecommendedOur ice maker drained water slowly onto our wood floor while we slept. Dennis and his team came and determined the water damage to our floor and dried it out so that we could go forward. They were all very polite and very efficient. They always called ahead to let us know they were on their way, so there were no surprises. Thank you ServiceMaster!
Our hot water tank had issues and Service Master came immediately to help us. I was overwhelmed and wasn't sure what steps needed to be taken to resolve the issue. Their staff was very courteous and professional. Their were 3 young ladies who did a awesome job, I would like to give a special thank you to Lupe, Barb, and Brittany. You guys were life savers.
Dennis was so awesome he got here quick, reassured me that it was going to be ok and checked back to make sure I was happy.

My mom had water damage at her house due to a pipe bursting and Dennis came out the same day we called. He was by himself because they are spread so thin due to all of the flooding in the area, but he got all of the water damaged carpet out and even moved boxes all by himself to get to all of the wet carpet. We are very impressed with his politeness and his great attitude.
Very professional. I was devastated about my floors being soaked when my hot water tank busted at 4am. But this team came in and clarified what they would do and did it in a professional and fast manner. Even made me laugh. I would highly recommend using this company. A special thanks to Hoss, Shawn, Luigi, and G. They even killed a brown recluse spider 🕷 for me.
We are very pleased with the service provided by Dennis and Hoss. They were very courteous, conscientious and always on time. They explained everything each step of the way. If you need help with a water leak these are the people to hire! Thanks so much!!
