Typically I use Bonded Services for the carpet cleaning in my home. Bonded was unable to come for a week or two so I tried this Service Master. They were able to get me an appointment very quickly, which was great. The gentleman that came and cleaned my carpets was very friendly and professional. I only had my living room cleaned. He was at my house for about 30 minutes total. They do not scrub the carpets. He sprayed some thing on the floor and went over it with a vacuum steamer type thing.
