This is by far one of the WORST companies I ever worked with and I spent 2 years in a combat zone getting shot at. They barely cleaned my house after a sewage backup. Requested over $6000.00+ for work they NEVER finished. My house is COVERED in black mold now because they did not do their job properly. RecommendedI had a sink break overnight on my second floor bathroom and the water flooded all the way to my basement. Rich was the point man who helped with mitigation and tear down of the damage. He was amazing to work with and kept me updated day to day as to the progress of the mitigation. Tom, another team member, even took the time to help make my floors a little safer as I wait to schedule my rebuild. Their work and customer service has been excellent.
I have been working with this team for many years. The customer service they provide continuously exceeds expectations. As a staff adjuster I was always at ease knowing this team would do the right thing for my customers. I knew exactly what I was walking into after they started their work.
