Poor quality of work with lack of communication. Has made the repair process very complicated and possibly not covered by insurance due to the quote they sent over for repairs.
This place is terrible. The billing department, service and customer service is a disaster. Dont do business with them.
I was directed to this company by our insurance agent. They had a crew at our home within a couple of hours. The crew was very kind, professional and efficient. The company's communication is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend.
