Phone consultation stressed the speed of response for a backed up sewer and flooded basement. I did manage to get someone from the company to come out the next day to examine the flooded basement. One week later and haven't heard from the company again. If you're too busy to take a job, just say so. If it's just ineptitude, well... We went with someone else who responded quickly and started 3 days later. These franchise businesses have national name recognition and that is all I guess?
