Our basement flooded to the point of having some standing water on our laminate floors throughout the entire area. We called Blaze for them to check our drywall and do a free estimate of cleanup, though we had the standing water gone and standard fans/dehumidifiers running. The service call was fine and we were told we were getting a great deal (how can one really know that without calling several places and wasting precious time while your property is getting worse by the minute.) I would of given 5 stars but one of the guys who came the first day was very rude. I enjoyed working with Ryan, he was the other guy doing the job. He called everyday to let me know he was on his way and if it was a good time to come. He was always willing to work around my schedule. After they finished the job, I had questions after they left so I called the office and talked to Theresa who was very kind and helpful. We had an incident occur right before our office was closing on a Friday night. I contacted Mark and he got me in touch with someone immediately. They were there within an hour or so and got everything taken care of; removed the damaged items neatly out of the way, and left the salvageable items clean, dry and back in their place. Very impressed.
