Great job! The techs were right on time, very professional, and pleasant. The work done on my carpets was outstanding and they did a great job in protecting my furniture. I would definitely hire this Service Master office again!

At the asphalt paving company that I work for, the carpet takes a lot of abuse and heavy duty stains. ServiceMaster by Best got our toughest stains out of our carpets and make them look almost new again! They work with us well on scheduling even during the holidays. Excellent service.
The worst company that I have had work for me ever. Don't use them! Run away. They took out my cabinets and still have them over two months later.

We were quoted one fee by phone and then it was twice as much in person! They measured our carpets for more than the square footage of the entire house. My husband allowed them to continue and then the carpets were not even clean. They said that it would cost extra to remove spots and stains. We called the company to complain and they did nothing!!! We were completely taken advantage of. HORRIBLE!!!!

Mr and Mrs Mork's residence was served with 7 hour of labor including drive. Pet stains and odors were not disclosed when the job was booked. Since they were not happy, a full refund of approx $125.00 was given, check was not cashed by ServiceMaster.
