Terrible service. My grandparents had a house fire on Fourth of July. They promised to get everything done from packing and unpacking which they did terribly. Things were not packed right or secure and broken.We’ve noticed valuables were either missing or thrown away. They did not make sure the house which was vacant for months was secure and safe so no one would break in. RecommendedI’ve used ServiceMaster by Benevento multiple times for disaster repair. ServiceMaster has always had the highest level of customer service combined with perfect craftsmanship. When the repairs were completed, you would never know there had been damage. They are always courteous, professional, and prompt.
The staff was great, they came tight in and took care of packing up my house and returning my belongs in a timely manner after the water damage to my home. They got the job done.

Service Masters was called in to assist with our house flooding situation and we are still in the process of “drying out”, but so far all of my contact with any of the SM employees has been positive and very helpful!

Horrible company! The cost for fencing off a property is insane! When we looked over the bill it was ridiculous costs for every little thing. It took them 4hrs to fence and board 3 windows, and they charged for 23hrs?? I will not be referring this company to anyone. They were nice until my mom signed then they became rude and tried to prevent her from going on her own property. I watched my mom stress and cry over this enough to hate this company forever.
