Our experience with these people was the worst. They are supposed to come in and save the day but they come in and destroy more property than needed all so they can pad their bill out we have had 4 bills sent to us for the same 5 rugs to be cleaned and they never cleaned them. In my opinion they should not be working for insurance companies they shouldn't be in this business because they simply don't care about the customer
