Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Prompt and professional. I used this Service Master location for mold treatment in the ceiling for a leak from the condo unit above me. Aladdin Haddad explained the process and everything was done as stated. I will definitely us them again for any service I need that they offer.
I have used this company twice and both times have been excellent!. I am very very satisfied expecially with the great customer service I received today I'm not a morning person so when the carpet tech came out I still was sleep I contacted the office and I spoke with a nice man.I asked if they could give me about 30 mins let me get up and move my furniture he said NO PROBLEM AND GAVE ME THE TIME I NEED TO GET UP .
