RecommendedSo I do like Service street in Norcross, however they did a excellent job with the spark plugs for my car on a high note they did use spark plugs I only wanted on their if one broke and the set but one was put on so I was a little upset about that I will have to call them and discuss this. Regardless they do still get a recommendation from me.
the customer service at this establishment was terrific as a woman they did not take advantage of me they fix my car they diagnosed my issues that I had and they gave me honest advice and I would recommend this establishment to anybody that needs something done with their car they really take care of that customers
They got me in and out and they didn’t try to get me to buy stuff that’s not needed

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was explained what I need to fix my car, the cost and how to take care of my car. At 87 years old and a widow, I need all the help I can get. I felt comfortable leaving my car with the staff. I will always use this Service Street station and have told family and friends. Thanks for the great service.
DO NOT COME HERE! They only care about you when you are happy, finding a way to rip you off and PRICES ARE EXTREMELY HIGH. The only reason why they have so many good reviews is cause they are giving people 5$ off their service. Kevin the GM was a jerk to me about being unhappy about the price. He basically told me my taste was for the Waffle House when his service is Ruth’s Chris. I had an emergency situation and got my car towed here.
