Service Star Realty If you have a choice do not rent from these people. They are lucky the rental market in AZ is flourishing right now. We rented from them as we were in a situation where they had what we wanted at affair price or so it would seem. Even our realtor questioned some of the fees the charge, for example they charge you $10 a month if you do not want to use, their payment system. I do not give anyone my banking info! I have searched for months to find the ideal place to rent in Phoenix. When I contacted Service Star Realty they worked with me to find a location that would meet all of my criteria and I must say their customer service just blew me out of the water. I am very picky, and toured seven different homes with them. They were so patient and helpful through the whole process, and now I'm moved into the perfect new space.
I found our new home with Service Star Realty. They were very professional and knowledgeable and always answered our questions right away. This group of people were terrific to work with and we felt they had our best interests at heart. We're very happy with our new place and the services that they provided.
I needed a property manager to take care of my home while I am living abroad for the next two years. Service Star Realty has great reviews and they have proven to be amazing! They handle the whole process, and I am so relieved to be able to leave it with a company that I trust.

Service Star Reality could use improvement in the area of communication and customer service. Dora Pinter, the companies managing partner isn't equitable, and doesn't like to address issues. I lived in a Service Star Managed Property for about a year and a half; and during that time, I had three (3) different property managers, and each time, I was never notified that I had a new point of contact, until I reached out regarding an issue. Shame on Service Star Realty and shame on Rick Kopp. They took our application money, then avoided our phone calls and didn't even bother to tell us that they had rented the apartment out from under us. When we finally got Rick on the phone and asked what the decision on our apartment was, he told us they gave the apartment to someone else because they had the hold money.
