Service Star Realty If you have a choice do not rent from these people. They are lucky the rental market in AZ is flourishing right now. We rented from them as we were in a situation where they had what we wanted at affair price or so it would seem. Even our realtor questioned some of the fees the charge, for example they charge you $10 a month if you do not want to use, their payment system. I do not give anyone my banking info! Not a negative thing to say about Service Star! They pride themselves on their service quality, and it truly shows, they have always taken such good care of my family. Anytime I had a question or a concern with my property, they were very prompt and thorough in replying. Would easily rent again from this company!
Super! Just finished renting with Service Star for the past 4 years and they are an amazing company. Very friendly and helpful, two of the reasons why I renewed after my first two years. They make renting a very easy process, any issues I ever had were handled promptly and the easy of communication between me and my property manager is great. Would easily rent with them again in the future!

Solid. Having several rental properties during COVID has been a bit of a worry, but Service Star made sure that tenants were taken care of and that I had absolutely no vacancy in any of my properties during this time period
