Very inconsistent with customer service. One day theyll be super helpful and cheery then the next time its like they dont want to be there. The manager and the rest of the employees wearing suit and tie cant be bothered. They walk around as theyre somebody. I can name them but i wont do it here. Front desk are rude and stuck up.
Took my Nissan Rouge for the service this morning to Birchwood, I was frequent at other dealership in Winnipeg and decided to try Birchwood today and I was extremely happy and satisfied with their service, highly recommend this place, Alan in the workshop is a great person to work with, he was very attentive and fixed my car without ripping me off,while waiting for the service Jason Tong one of the dealership agent assisted me with options for future to trade in or buy a new car, he was not pushy as other agents at my previo... read more
i did an inquiry on there online chat system , they get all my details and they said someone will gonna back to you but 2 weeks gone but i didn’t get anything. That was a terrible experience.
The service advisor Xiaobei at Kenaston location was very helpful and responsive. I think the quality of service depends on who you have upon your appointment. Our previous experience was ok and there was some mistakes about our payment happened.
