Brandon and his team were amazing. He came in I thought I had one issue and he notified me that I was incorrect and fixed the actual pipe problem I was having. He even came back to my house because I was having a pressure issue with my boiler since it was only a minor issue he actually fixed it for no cost.
Great service, awesome customer service as well. And they also followed up to ensure everything is good.
What a great experience! We have had 3 technicians from 3 different companies out over the years to address our 3 coil fan units with terrible results. I wish I found Service Pro Titans sooner. They were great! After our furnace blower motor blew out for the second time in a month, I went with professionals instead of trying to fix myself again. David the technician was communicative on time and punctual. Besides replacing the motor, he addressed the root cause, and reduced the gas pressure to make a more even temperature differential.
