We had our AC unit breakdown in the middle of the night in 85+ degree weather and the service pro titan team was available to talk and schedule a consultation that same night. We opted to schedule for the following the day and their technician arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgable and did their due diligence before recommending a new unit rather than trying to repair our old one. Rob from Service Pro Titans is a real lifesaver and I highly recommend him to anyone who is having issues with their hot water boiler system. When my circulator pump coupler broke and then started having other noise issues last winter, Rob came out the next day and was able to diagnose and solve the problem. The Titans were responsive, effective, and affordable. I had another company come out and simply say “replace AC unit” without any detailed diagnosis. The team at Service Pro Titans patiently waited 20min for my tenant to allow access and kept me up to date every step of the way. I felt the entire time that our goals were aligned and they were able to repair the unit for considerable cost and time savings.
