Overall disappointed with their service. I called to get my tankless water heater serviced as it was leaking. I gave them the part number and serial number. Technician came without proper parts, and completely unfamiliar with the product. He said they normally just call the manufacturer tech support for advice... Wish I was told that they were not familiar with this product as I would have gone with another company. Waste of my time and money. They then billed me travel time/mileage on top of that? Got them to do the install of our new heat pump system. It's been a decent system overall, and we've had three warranty calls. We have to pay mileage to Barriere (roughly ~$100 ) for each call which is reasonable. The first two were fine, but this most recent bill is leaving me with some serious questions. In previous visits, I was told only travel was billable, but for my most recent service, I was initially charged for the entire repair, including a labor and a new thermostat. In my 10+ years as a homeowner, I have consistently turned to Service Plus for all my plumbing, heating, and AC needs, and never have they let me down. I highly recommend their services!
I have been without heat for a week (and the temp has been well below zero) - partly due to dealing with someone who realized after 3 days they couldn’t help me. Several people recommended Service Plus and I know why. They bend over backwards to help you even tho they are super busy. Justin has been amazing helping me get what I need for a furnace. And they are so fair and generous. I will recommend them every time I hear of someone needing plumbing or heating service.
I had service plus Install a hot water tank for me. I gotta say the level of professionalism from both the office and the technician we're out of this world, if I had an option to give 6 stars I would. Thank you so much.I will be using you guys again
