Cesar performed a load calculation test which I forwarded to 4 Seaons who installed a greatly oversized furnace. The load calculation done by Cesar was thorough and very professional looking. It was the proof I needed to motivate 4 Seasons to replace my furnace with the correct size at no charge. Wish I had used Service Plus to start with. They will be my go to HVAC company going forward.
Tech was very professional, he was punctual on time at 7:00am, which he was scheduled to arrive. He was honest, very patient to explained what was wrong with my A/C unit. He got my A/C running great performance. Go Eddie!!!!!! Thank- You so much!!!!
