I had a great experience at Service Photo today. I had been considering a few different types of camera cases and needed a little hands-on guidance. Giovanni was a great help! I ran down what gear I was loading in and Giovanni had a few questions about how I work with the bag. His expertise and insight guided my selection to a wonderfully built Think Tank Airport backpack case. Thanks again Giovanni, and to Service Photo for being there to support the Baltimore photography and video community.
First time visit with my granddaughter. Giovanni was most helpful, allowing her to try out different lenses on her Nikon 750. He also answered her many questions and made helpful recommendations. We both enjoyed our experience and heartily recommend this full service imaging store. We will be back.
Amazing staff - knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Actually, I remember coming in as a kid with my mom when she bought darkroom supplies.. and now I'm always happy to buy my digital equipment/supplies from them. They are the best.
