I made my first trip into Service Photo last week, and I'm sure there will be many more in my future. The staff was accommodating, and personable. The selection of equipment was vast, and the prices were right. This surely isn't the closest place I can go to buy gear, but it definitely will be my go-to place for future purchases!

I had the worst customer experience ever at Service Photo Falls rd., It will suffer and go the way of Penn Camera, Industrial Photo, and Ritz Camera. Never again will I enter those doors. repost to blog.

Great place to for everything from film and digital photography means.
I purchased a photo printer from them and paid $1200.00 along with a paper roller costing $200 only to find out that we did not need the paper roller. I tried to return it but they would not take it back because I did not have the box it came in. I will not buy anything from them again.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The best camera supply store in Baltimore.
