Worst bank EVER! It's impossible to get in touch with them and that's just part of it! We will be switching back to Bank of America where we were for years. I've had more issues with this bank in 2 months then Bank of America in several years!
By far the worst bank to contact. I don't know about everyone else, but it sure grinds my gear whenever I'm trying to call my bank and talk about a problem, and all I get is a voice machine. I moved to UofL for college, thinking that it's fine because all the other branches are here. However none of them can help me with my situation.
Everyone at Service One Credit Union has been absolutely wonderful! I have been with this bank for 3+ years and will continue my service here. A special thanks to Tina Price and the Campbell lane office who went above and beyond their duty to help me out in a tough time! Your kindness will never be forgotten and though I was just another customer, she took the time and genuinely wanted to help me. Thank you so much!!
I have been with Service One Credit Union for almost a year and I can honestly say it is by far my favorite bank that I have ever banked with. I have with all the major banks from Wells Fargo, Bank of America, TD Bank, BB&T, US Bank, and I can honestly say that SOCU is by far the best. Working with a credit union that understands you and has your back is always good. They don't gauge you with fees and they work with you.
