I have called 4(maybe 5) separate times to resolve the same issue regarding a payment that was “lost” in their system and was then charged a late fee for it when the payment was made early. I’ve waited for an associate to correct this and call me back as she advised she would once it was processed. I call this morning (this happened over a month ago) and the fee is still showing. Had a few issues with an estate account. My concerns were brought to the attention of Tony Spitz. His team assisted me to resolve the issues. They were patient and followed up when I had questions. Great service.
Awful. The manager on Wednesday told me to come back on Saturday to get assistance with my mother's account, as she is deceased. He said the manager would be prepared to assist me. He lied. She was not prepared as he only notified her about me coming up via an email she did not read. In regard to the account she said to call during the week to talk to the previous manager as this was not her branch and in regard to savings bonds, I needed to go to US Bank or do it online maybe. After several unprofessional experiences with staff, I would have to suggest a training session on proper Customer Service. Each customer should be talked to with professionalism, and not as though its painful to assist them.
