Service Now is most definitely the company to call for HVAC service! In January we had our furnace fail during a bitterly cold period - after leaving messages at 3 different companies, Ian called us back while we were in the middle of our message! We ended up purchasing a furnace and an AC unit. I would recommend this company to anyone - very courteous, knowledgeable and dependable. Highly, highly recommend!!
I made 3 phone calls on the Friday before labor day weekend because my air conditioning was not functioning properly. Service Now was the first to return my call. My air conditioner is 22 years old. So I was expecting bad news, and a big bill. I got the opposite. Jose arrived shortly after 9 a.m. He very quickly diagnosed the problem.
