My 20+ yr old water heater went out over the weekend. I called Service Now on Sunday. A service tech inspected it on Monday, and explained my options to repair vs replace. Being as old as it was, I chose to replace it. (Not pushy at all which I appreciate.) They had it replaced the following day. Very satisfied with their promptness and communication.
