She checked the A/C and recommended that I replace its capacitor in early spring. Highly disappointed in the customer service of this transaction. The day of service I received a text at 9:30 (within my 8-10 window) that the tech was on their way. At 10:30 I called and they did not know where the tech even was. He showed up at 11. I talked to the manager briefly and he said he would call me back later in the day when he found out what was going on. I never received a call back. Service Now is the best company around to fix all your needs. They are 24/7 and do such a great quality job! Everyone is so nice and are willing to put in the extra mile for all of their customers.
