We called Service Now Heating & Cooling for a second opinion on our electric forced air furnace. We had purchased a coupon from another company for a discounted tune up. The other companies’ technician had come out to do the tune up and accidentally shorted a wire in our furnace. When they sent out a more experienced technician to repair it, he said that we should really buy a new furnace. These guys were great! They installed a new air conditioner and tuned up my gas furnace. The whole process was very easy and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
