With the temperature dropping and kids to keep warm, I wanted to make sure my furnace was ready to take on the cold. When I called to inquire about checking things out, John was extremely friendly and very helpful. Within a few days, he was out to my home checking my furnace and making sure it would work properly (after spending last winter with a less than working furnace)!
