Terrible company. Do not use. I have an emergency and they could care less. My water heater is literally leaking and causing water damage to my house and needs to be addressed immediately, but they don't do emergency things I guess. I unfortunately have to use my home warranty, who is equally as bad, Fidelity National Home Warranty, avoid them as well. They have tried to contact them and now that they can't they want to offer me a cash out that no one even remotely covers the little amount they want to give. These people how... read more
This company is absolutely terrible. We had to use this company because of our home warranty. If we had to do it all over again we would have never used this company and opted to pay a real plumber. These incompetent, rude, and classless individuals flooded my crawl space on 2 separate occasions and provided no clean up or remedy of any kind. As others have said if I could get a 0 star review I would. Hell I would give them a -5 star review if I could. I have been without AC for a little over 2 months now, and yes I am also having to deal with a warranty company so I'm sure that was part of the reason for it taking so long. BEWARE of this company!! They were very unprofessional. A tech was dispatched through my home warranty. He was 45 minutes late to begin with after our family having to wait 5 days for them to come out. We have 1 shower in our home and we told the tech that when he arrived. He tore apart my shower faucet and took the piece with him. He called me over an hour later to tell me he couldn't find the replacement at 2 of the stores he went to then the 3rd store closed when he got there. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are dishonorable and rude. My home warranty company contracted them for AC repair. After waiting 5 days and my renters taking off work to be home, they cancelled the service call an hour before the appointment. Service Network installed a furnace in my home under a home warranty. The install seemed to go well until months later an inspection revealed a leak in the gas line due to Improper Installation. My wife, son, and I lived in a home for almost 2 years with a gas leak because of their mistake. I called and emailed the company to try and give them a chance to make it right, but they said they would "have someone call me," and also ignored my email. Service Network Plumbing and Heating was hired by a Home Warranty Company to install a furnace in my new home by the previous owners. The company did not install the furnace to code, two independent HVAC companies have said that the unit is unsafe as it is currently installed. I contacted Justin, the owner of the company, and his solution was to charge me to correct their mistakes. Do not use this company. They were dispatched to us through our home warranty. They "fixed" 10 freeze breaks in a 13 foot stretch of pipe. Never thought to cut and replace the pipe. Charged us a fortune. Two of the sauter points pulled apart (not done well at all), he balanced an pipe on an empty plastic spool for some reason and we had to hire a REAL professional to come fix all the work they did. Completely worthless.
sabotaged my plumbing work, scumbag... made problem more severe so he can get a bigger work order and then tried to overcharge for work but i said no and he left with new leaks and all... fvcking scumbag
