Worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time. I needed service on my dishwasher (extended warranty good until 2026) representative said “Oh you have two warranties let’s cancel this one and go from there. She canceled the wrong contract, company was made aware of situation within 20 minutes. Rep said she can’t reinstate that has to be done by the service underwriter underwriter. Every time I called 4/1, 4/4, 4/7, 4/11, 4/13 I was told it’s in progress their trying to reinstate your warranty. I just got a refund check today ... read more

The customer service was awful. I purchased extended warranty and it doesn’t expire until 2022. I talked 4 different people. One person even told me I should not expect special treatment. I don’t know where the people where located but one call sounded like the person was on the beach. The reception was awful. When someone finally set a day and time they must not have paying attention. When he read back my information my name had changed, I had moved and got a new phone number🤣. Purchased and paid for an extended warranty for our LG washing machine which broke down in mid October. Filed claim with LG on or about October 27. Claim Number is 8632299. Machine is beyond repair according to their agent, JJ's appliance repair. 501-392-6654. We purchased a new machine in late November because LG won't settle our claim. They call once a week and say they are reviewing our claim.

I purchased a Platinum Parts + labor 10 year service contract from Service Net for my Rheem heating and Central air. When the central air needed repair, I contacted Service Net and they advised me to contact a dealer, who I used for the repair. When it came the time for reimburse me with the repair expense they denied the claim completely, saying the dealer did not fix the problem for good.
