Worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time. I needed service on my dishwasher (extended warranty good until 2026) representative said “Oh you have two warranties let’s cancel this one and go from there. She canceled the wrong contract, company was made aware of situation within 20 minutes. Rep said she can’t reinstate that has to be done by the service underwriter underwriter. Every time I called 4/1, 4/4, 4/7, 4/11, 4/13 I was told it’s in progress their trying to reinstate your warranty. I just got a refund check today ... read more
The customer service was awful. I purchased extended warranty and it doesn’t expire until 2022. I talked 4 different people. One person even told me I should not expect special treatment. I don’t know where the people where located but one call sounded like the person was on the beach. The reception was awful.
