I had an excellent experience with Danny De Cicco at Mercedes-Benz Downtown. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Danny was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Truly outstanding service — I highly recommend asking for Danny if you’re looking for a great experience!
I’ve been trying to reach Mercedes-Benz Toronto Downtown by phone on a Saturday, but I can’t get through. Google Maps says the dealership opens at 9AM, but the phone system says it’s closed. After waiting an hour and finally getting the option to speak with someone on the phone, no one picks up. Could you clarify if you are open on Saturdays and what the correct hours are? It would help a lot to have accurate information and a working phone line for customers trying to connect.
Do not use this dealership. Extreme incompetence from start to finish. They have a captive Downtown Toronto market because other alternative Mercedes dealers have been closed. Details of experience - I needed my tires checked and was advised by my service advisor they had been examined and were within acceptable range with no recommendation for further service.
