Shady shady dealership. Strongly suggest buying or leading from a different Benz dealership.
The best car service experience so far. Nicholas is so professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had this tire pressure issue for almost a year. Nicholas just fixed the issue in 2 minutes also taught me how to reset and monitor the pressure. Super patience and friendly. 100/10 big shout to Nicholas!!!!
Service advisor Clive C. really sets this dealership apart from other locations! He always goes above and beyond to provide the utmost in customer service. On many occasions, I have visited this dealership with various issues and Clive always listens and ensures that all of my concerns are taken care of. Without question, I recommend this dealership to all my friends and family members due to the exceptional service consistently provided by Clive and the team he works with!
A positive dealership experience in Toronto, with professional service and a convenient location. 😊
