THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Two weeks ago I discovered that my drivers door latch and locking assembly would not work. This is a 2017 Mercedes GLE 400. I could not get out of my car, and to get in, had to enter from passenger side and climb over center console - which over time, strains one’s private areas! Great experience working with Danny buying a new car. He has been very helpful even after buying the car.
All I wanted was to buy a running light from the parts department, but what I got was a whole lesson in great customer service. David took pains to ensure he sold me the right parts, and then even took the time to come out to the car with me to ensure I understood how to install them properly. I was impressed!
Not the experience you would expect from Mercedes-Benz — I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. I recently visited Mercedes-Benz Downtown to explore a vehicle purchase and discuss a trade-in, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with a salesperson named Lawrence Qiao.
