If I could give -5 stars I would! They never answer the phone was the first red flag. Finally got a contractor to come out he replaced the thermostat with a 'new' thermostat but it was USED! The heat came on but never turned off! Could not get the heater to turn off. It got well into 90 degrees! Could not contact the contractor to come fix whatever was wrong. Horrible experience with Service Masters AC & Heating. 2-10 Warranty contracted them to work with me on my heating issues. Took off work twice to meet up with them, they were unprofessional, unprepared and ultimately left the job without proper follow up. Just abandoned the contract, leaving me without heat even when they knew I had an emergency heat option that could keep me warm while I was getting connected with another Heating and Cooling company to help me.
