I have had the pleasure of working with CJ from the Wichita office. During the last freeze of winter 2024/2025, one of our external pipes busted and flooded our basement. Excellent service. Very professional, friendly, kept us informed of their progress. The process is noisy but very little disruption - they changed the order of the rooms as they worked so I could move my cats. Very efficient workers - I definitely would recommend this to company.
Real professional, they go out of there way to make sure that you are happy with their work. Always come smiling and making you feel comfortable. Steve treats your house like he would his house. Firefighter put leg through attic, causing large hole in living room ceiling and cellulose insulation a foot deep fell from attic. ServiceMaster DSI stapled plastic over hole. Later their employee removed entire popcorn ceiling, painted and textured ceiling. He was very professional and did a fantastic job repairing and finishing ceiling. He took care of every detail and cleaned up everything afterwards. Would highly recommend ServiceMaster DSI. Extremely satisfied.
