I had a very disappointing experience with Crash Champions. I brought my car in after an accident, and while the repairs were approved and completed, the quality of the work was not acceptable. Before the repair, my front passenger door was opening from the outside. I specifically mentioned this to their team, and it was noted. After the repair, the door is now completely nonfunctional from the inside and outside — a clear step backwards. The folks at Crash Champions were great. The customer service team was awesome. They were nice and knowledgeable, and kept us updated on progress. The repair/paint shop did a beautiful job.
