My car was involved in an accident 12/14/24. Crash Champions was one of the options my insurance offered for repairs. I was impressed that I could bring my car in the next day & was told at that time it would be done by 12/27 & I would get text updates on the progress. On 12/23 & 12/24 I got msgs that the car was still on target for completion on 12/27. On 12/25 I got a msg that it was nearing completion & if there were delays, they would call me. Do not take your car here, insurance company recommended this shop and thought i made the right move but nope they hacked my sti, bumper doesn't fit right, taillight is still sticking out due to there amazing A tech that I was told worked on it never addressed the taillight bucket on the rear quater, hard paint and tape lines on door jams and trunk rubbing when opening and closing and the painter blows, orange peel like a mfer in the sun and no clear on trunk jams, I've been in contact with progressive on this matter and I'l... read more
