Unprofessional, no communication, bad customer service. I was dropping my vehicle off for an inspection. Waited in line for 15mins just to be told “ the person working on my paperwork stepped out and will be back in 2 mins. “ I then waited another 10 minutes before asking the guy to call the person working on my case to let them know I am here.
