Took my car to Service King for repairs and got excellent customer service from the minute I first walked in the door until I picked my car up. Paul is fantastic, and Patrick and the rest of the crew made my car look brand new again. Can't thank you all enough!! You all went above and beyond what I expected, thank you so much.
Very disappointed. When I picked up my vehicle, the entire inside was covered in white dust! I'm still wiping down the inside of my car 4 days later. My car was fixed but I can't believe they returned it to me looking like this.

I have no complaints about the quality of the body work, however the vehicle was returned to me with no power steering fluid. If the vehicle was pulled into and out of the shop multiple times throughout the repair process, I'm a bit stumped as to how they passed this up due to the fact that the steering wheel becomes stiffer and much more difficult to turn without power steering fluid. I now have a leak somewhere and have to fill the fluid every few days, leading me to believe that the pump was damaged from driving it bone d... read more
