1. Delayed repair completion time but customer not informed in a timely manner- car showed estimate ready time Friday but was not contacted and no update on the car status. Called the store the next Monday and was told not ready and took another 8 days to get the car back. Failure to update resulted in my rental being returned without the car. 2.
