Great body work, efficient too
Lack of transparency and a struggle to communicate with literally anyone that answered the phone . Hands down worse experience I’ve had by far as customer service goes at any type of company. Had two vehicles one I Already received partial payment for one of my vehicles and decided to take it elsewhere just based off how the office handled everything.
I had an amazing experience with Crash Champions in National City. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care. Mario was especially incredible. He went above and beyond to keep me updated and made the whole process smooth and stress-free after I was rear ended. My car looks brand new again! I highly recommend this place and asking for Mario if you're looking for quality work and outstanding customer service.
