I went to get a quote, they advised me on the work at the workshop, and after a few days, I contacted them to check on the progress, only to find out they were already performing the service without my consent. And on top of that, the service was very poor, of low quality; my car was misaligned. If it was going to end up like this, I wouldn't have even considered getting it repaired..
My insurance made me take my car here to get a dent repaired. After multiple delayed deadlines, ZERO texts, calls, or any sort of communication from the shop, I finally got my car back two weeks later. The dent was fixed, but two other parts of the car are now broken. Crash Champions said they would call me “tomorrow” to bring the car in AGAIN to fix their mistake, but of course I never heard from them. I will be taking my car elsewhere and paying out of pocket to fix what crash champions screwed up. Don’t come here.
Messed up my wife's care in multiple ways. Never calls when they say they will. Terrible communication and service. Would not reccomend
Service king did work on my car in 2022. They made it look like new! I came back in 2024 for more excellent work. Today, they replaced some trim for me, even though they didn't have the record of them replacing the door. I appreciate the great work they've done on my vehicle all 3 times. Keep up the good work!
