What should have been a simple repair process turned into a frustrating three-week ordeal filled with rescheduled completion dates and constant calls on my end for updates. Avoid this shop at all costs! After my accident, Progressive recommended this auto shop for repairs. They fixed the left rear part of my car, but when I got it back, the right rear side was misaligned—something that wasn’t an issue before. I repeatedly asked them to fix it, but they refused to take responsibility. It’s clear they intentionally created more problems just to charge extra for unnecessary repairs. Don’t trust them—they only care about making more money, not quality service!
