Great place!!!!! Friendly welcoming very efficient. Picked up at shop taken to enterprise for my rental. Dropped rental off at shop they returned it. Had my vehicle back in a week. My vehicle looks fantastic. Larry is great to work with!!!!! Highly recommend for any and all repairs!!!!!
Crash Champions repaired my car after it was broken into. I needed a new steering wheel, driver side window, and a paint job. They did an excellent job! On top of that, when I went to pick up my car, I found that they went out of their way to help me with something they didn’t even charge for! So unexpected! Crash Champions level of service and care is rare! I’m so thankful!
While the process was long because of my insurance company Champions really were helpful throughout the process. They literally were faster and gave me more information and updates on my car than progressive did. Also Jen at the front desk is so helpful and kind. Definitely would recommend
My car was stolen and damaged. I made an appointment with Crash Champions on Woodward to receive an estimate for repairs to give to my insurance provider. This appointment was on January 13th at 8am. Fast forward three weeks later, February 5th and they told my insurance agent I never brought my car nor did I schedule an appointment. Clearly they were confused. I had a 10/10 experience here! Took my car in for an insurance claim with a shattered windshield and hood damage and it came out looking like nothing ever happened. I took it in on Monday and by Wednesday it was ready, even one day early! Their communication process and repair status tool were very reassuring, especially after being without a car for almost 2 weeks. Staff was super friendly and the experience was very smooth! Definitely recommend!
