Terrible customer service Tracey was completely rude I understand when it closes but customer service needs to be there no matter how much i aggravate you i will go to ine of the mom and pop shops in town
Adnon is the man! I came to pick up my vehicle and it wasn't ready... I was impatient and upset but he remained calm and assured me that he would get everything right. Even when I came to pick the car up he was friendly and had my entire vehicle cleaned like new... My vehicle might not have been ready on time be I assure you that the extra time needed was worth it. Great job!
Would not recommend. The Manager there lies about your vehicle and when it will be ready, go to pick up your car and needs to be re done due to the carelessness of the manager and his lack of respect for customers. Speak with him on the phone he will rush you off the phone. Dont waste your time with this place, front office lady seems to be the only person who is honest and friendly.
Excellent and expeditious service! The staff was friendly, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process. My car was completed earlier than estimated repair date. I am extremely happy with the service that I received. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend. Keep up the good work!
