My experience here was excellent! I had my car back in 5 days as promised, and the quality of the repair was perfect! Accidents are always poorly timed, but these pros made the situation much easier to handle. Amazing customer service and quick turnaround are always rewarding to experience.
I would strongly advise against using this collision center. I brought my vehicle here twice in July for two separate repair incidents, and both times the work was incomplete and poorly finished. There were unresolved issues left unaddressed, visible overspray, and now—at the very first visit to another shop after getting my car back—it was discovered that multiple parts were never reinstalled at all.
