Service King repair – My van was hit on the driver side sliding door. They told me repair woud be made in 3 weeks. It actually took 2 months!! But they delivered a very good repair service, great paint job and on top added $50 of gas and a complete detailing of the car for my extra patience to wait for 2 months. After delivering the car to my house I notice a rattle in the back of the vehicle that wasn't there before. They also took care of that in a couple of days. Think Twice - Avoid Service King – I'm not sure what has happened to this business, but they used to be good. I was hit last October and insisted my car go to Service King. We've had body work done there in the past and had no complaints. The work they did was less than acceptable, and I had to take my car back 3 times for them to finally get it right. Honest and Fast – Insurance man sent me here (GEICO) and I am happy he did. It was a hassle free experience and maybe the best auto repair experience I have ever had! I would use them again but hope I don't have too. My wife has taken hers to other shops and I made her a believer with this experience because hers have always been bad. Again, No worries here for me. I am sure other people could argue but I bet the majority of folks like their work otherwise I don't think they'd have such huge shops.
