My experience was perfect from the beginning to the end of the experience. Tony Carabba totally put me at ease because my life experience with a family friend's shop totally destroyed by faith in any car shop. My car was finished before the time I expected and it looked perfect. Tony and the staff at Service King were so awesome they make me want to wreck my car again. LOL.
Have to give a shout out to Manual and the team at Service King Plano. It’s never good to be involved in an auto accident but when you have USAA and Service King, who partner seamlessly, they turn a not so good situation into the best experience possible. Not only was USAA great, but Service King followed suit by delivering great repair work but also a phenomenal customer service experience. Manual, explained the details, consistently followed up and just provided all around great service. Thank you Service King!
