Service Genius is great and fair prices! I've been a customer of theirs for years now. I came across then when I signed up for the LADWP free AC tune ups program and since then they're my go to for HVAC maintenance and repairs. Even if it's an unforseen issue or repair they respond quickly and generally can send a technician out the next day. Speaking of technicians, Ray is awesome. He's transparent and explains everything that's going, friendly, works hard, and provides great customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Service Genius. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for the past four days to help me complete a crucial document required by my HOA. Because no one has gotten back to me, my entire inspection process is completely stalled and I need this done before my trip in which I will be gone for 2 months. Christopher and Luis were very professional and considerate. They diagnosed the immediate problem and offered options. They fixed the problem of a 40 year old system and it’s cooling us off now. I would definitely work with them and the company again.
