We purchased a new AC unit with Service Genius and we are pleased with the product and service. They have been attentive with the installation process and even came out the next day when we ran into an issue. Tony Jr assessed the situation and quickly found the problem. I highly recommend them.
Service Genius has been great to work with. From Sales to Troubleshooting, a rep has been there to help. Tony Jr was able to help us when we had a system issue. Found the issue right away and gave us good advice on the importance of electrical surge protection for the AC unit to avoid further shutdowns.
Ray was extremely helpful in providing our annual maintenance for our AC and provided great support and answers for all of our questions with our new unit. Thank you so much, you rock!
