We hired Service First on June 6, 2018 to replace our roof, fence, and gutters. He did not complete our fence and after a year and the City started sending notices and posting warnings on our front door. We gave the City his name and number and he finally replaced our fence after kicking the can as much as he could. The fence is a total hack job.
