DO NOT RENT IF "SERVICE FIRST" IS THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! These people were, by far, the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of renting from. While renting a house they managed, they were very unresponsive in regard to repairs. Just one example, my AC unit was making a loud grinding noise, took six weeks for them to fix it.
