Spring maintenance on air conditioner. On time, professional and explained issues clearly. Made me feel like I was being well taken care of.
Greg was great to work with! Explained everything that he corrected and we were up and running with air conditioning ago before the hot weather hits!!
Greg was amazing and knowledgeable.
The guy came out for 20 minutes. Said he couldn’t get to the A/C unit. Switched out the filter, which I can do on my own.. and then left. Last year we had a different company and they were able to access the unit fine and get it all tuned up. Would not recommend this company or at least not Greg Nelson. What does this being completed through my home warranty have to do with anything? Also how does this review seem unwarranted?
