Service Experts is a convenient but not inexpensive way to maintain our HVAC system. They increased their monthly subscription fee by 50% two years ago, and their bids for repairs are consistently high. On the other hand, their service techs are mostly first-rate. Got a next day appointment and the tech arrived early in the time window. Diagnosed, found the problem (loose connection) and was done in less than an hour and unit kicking out cold air again. Follow-up review. Scheduled routine furnace checkup for 10/23/25 in advance of heating season. Tech was at my door shortly after the 4 hour arrival window started, checked out the equipment and we were done in 30-45 minutes or so.
