We had our kitchen done 4 years ago, first off it took them nearly 5 weeks to complete a kitchen that should of taken a week! They kept sending a 60 year old man out here by himself! The grout was done the wrong color! They called themselves fixing it! So within 3 years the grout was coming out! So they came to fix it but now not only did they crack a tile (and hid it) but it is coming out worse than before! The guy who covered up the cracked tiles and redid the grout, is one of the owners! In 2010 they did a fabulous job for us .. no complaints , that’s why we used them again . Now in 2020 ..after 3 times coming to paint the tub, even sending the same technician back to do it the second time , it’s still not right ! After having people in our home 3 different times , the smell of the paint and taking off work you would think it would be done right . Not the case. A driver for this company sped past a school bus stopped to let kids off and nearly hit one of the kids!! I don’t recommend this company since they obviously do not care about children’s safety
Very pleased with the quality of representation from the beginning to the conclusion of our two bathroom major updating project. Provided detailed estimates and the time frame for the project. In the Master Bath they swapped out dual gold-tone Delta Water Temp Monitors, with two in Chrome.
