outstanding service from Damien and the team . We had a major insurance repair completed and the service and workmanship is outstanding.
I rang the day before, so not really a walk up. To get what I thought would be simple fix. Several hours later and a light rewire. They also fitted other parts I had arranged, but was going to fit myself. They were recommended by a fellow traveler and were awesome. They also have an extensive range of camper/van parts, sort of a Bunnings for caravaners at their parts shop. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Right from the start we were welcomed as part of the family. Kris and the team could not be more helpful. The purchase of the Jayco FA25.3 was seamless nothing was too much trouble. It is hard to find friendly professional sales staff who do put the purchaser first. Can highly recommend this team to anyone looking for an RV.
Pete was extremely friendly and helpful. We had multiple issues with our door - whilst he couldn’t fix the whole door he fixed our broken latch on the spot after we rang earlier in the day driving up from Sydney. Thank you Pete!
