Brought my vehicle in due to an issue that caused the engine to overheat. Explained what was the likely cause (ground fault) to the techs, and they attempted to tell me it was unrelated. It was indeed a ground fault issue causing my radiator fan not to function resulting in my engine overheating, and instead of owning it they suggested I bring the vehicle in for an electrical diagnosis when the issue is well documented and likely known by some or many of the techs there. Rudy took care of me as if I was his family. Always friendly and smiling.
Repair took 2 hours, they charged me for 3 1/2.
Brought my truck in to be serviced for its check engine light, and as soon as I walked up Cody Paul greeted me with a smile and was very polite and courteous. He gave me quick updates with every new update he had, especially like the multi point inspection he sent, he deserves a raise. Overall a great experience, thank you very much, Cody Paul and Rydells!
