I had a great experience with the Service Department at Rydell Chevrolet GMC. I originally brought my vehicle in because the backup camera was not working consistently. They took the time to look into the issue and ultimately replaced the camera. When the problem continued, they had me bring the vehicle back in and discovered there was also an issue with the radio. Always pure excellence at Rydell's main shop!
I had to take in my vehicle SEVEN times after they replaced my rear brakes. Two sets of rotors and three sets of brakes later they fixed the job however they destroyed my front brakes from all the “hard braking” To remove the glaze from the second set of brakes. One chooses a dealership because you think you will get top-notch service. Unfortunately, Smaller shops seem to do a better job.
They need better communication with customers as to what to do when arriving at PDQ.
