Service people were nice. Facility clean, comfortable, but what is the sense of having an appointment when you have to wait 3.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and a car wash?
Everyone was very polite and professional.
I had the best experience at this dealership. From the minute I first spoke to a service representative to the minute where I received my keys to my vehicle. I felt that the team went above and beyond to give me my vehicle in the most rapid way possible. I was very informed as to what was going on w my car every step of the way. I definitely recommend this place because they do go above and beyond
Samantha was a terrific service provider! She was fast & prompt with communication! . And went above & beyond to help with shuttle service. I was happy with the price & quality of repairs.
