Chris Brown in fleet service is a throwback to old school service. He said an hour and was done in 55 minutes. The guy runs a tight shop and has got our fleet running like it’s his own. Nice to have a guy from the dealership in the service department on our team.
Cassidy, was always keeping me updated on the status of the job *awesome Cassidy* only took 2 days to change a water pump and thermostat that included finding the hard to find water pump.
