Service “adequate” only. 8 a.m. appt but told they were full and it might be late afternoon before”if they had the parts”. They gave me a ride home. Work actually done before noon and I had to get my own ride back. Simply little to no what I would consider customer appreciation. Didn’t leave a good feeling.
Waited on hold for 30 minutes before giving up as a prospective new customer. Nah.
Great dealership! Years ago before the internet existed, when we lived in Wisconsin I bought cars from Midway over the phone, sight unseen. Now that we live in the Twin Cities again we love Midway Ford again
