Fast service and great communication.
I was nervous at the time we bought our Lexus, but the service department has been excellent! No problems or issues whatsoever!
The customer service is top notch! You can check the progress of your car online, the employees are personable. You can tell they really go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Be aware that it is pretty expensive, but you get what you pay for.
I brought my car in for a recall item to be resolved. Mike Jr. and the service team treated me extremely well and took care of everything quickly while I waited.
